PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large capacity of a breather chamber by providing a partition wall for partitioning a belt chamber and the breather chamber in the periphery of a belt in a transmission case, and forming the partition wall with a communication hole for communicating the belt chamber and the breather chamber with each other, and providing various operating mechanism in the breather chamber. SOLUTION: A partition wall 46 is provided in a second case so as to form a belt chamber 40 in the periphery of a belt and so as to form a breather chamber 44 for a breather mechanism 42 in the periphery of the belt chamber 40. This partition wall 46 is formed with a first communication hole 52-1 and a second communication hole 52-2 for communicating the belt chamber 40 and the breather chamber 44 with each other. The breather chamber 44 is provided with a detent mechanism 54 and a parking lock mechanism 56 as various operating mechanism. With this structure, since the breather chamber 44 is provided in an unnecessary space of a transmission case by the partition wall 46 in the periphery of the belt, a large capacity can be secured, and the space can be effectively utilized.
