PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a metal seal under the low-load condition by providing a first annular end section extended in the axial direction from a first end of a central section and formed with a first seal surface at the axial outside end thereof, and providing a second annular end section extended in the axial direction from a second end and formed with a second seal surface at the axial outside end thereof. SOLUTION: A first section 24 is extended from a first free end 28 provided on a first surface 30 in parallel or practically in parallel with the center flat surface 22 to a second end 32. The second free end 32 is positioned on the center flat surface 22, and the first free end 28 includes a first seal surface 29 extended at a right angle against the longitudinal axis 20 and forming a seal line S around the first free end 28. A second section 26 having the similar structure is continuously provided to the first section 24. With this structure, the force applied to the seal ring 10 is concentrated to a narrow band-like part of the seal ring 10 so as to plastically deform the first and the second seal surfaces 29, 35, and a seal dam of high quality is formed between the inside surface and the first seal surface 29 and between the bottom surface and the second seal surface 35.
