PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop failure to a sheet posterior processing means owing to curling of the sheet, and a match failure in a sheet discharging direction. SOLUTION: This sheet posterior processing device comprises guide members 5, 6 successively receiving image formed sheets; a carrying roller pair 9 carrying the sheet along the guide members 5, 6; an after processing means loading the discharged sheet and binding with a stapler 10; at least one rotating body 50 having a rotating axis of a generally same direction as a rotating axis of the carrying roller pair 9, and taking a shape lacking a semicircle if looked from the rotating shaft axis. The rotating body 50 is movably provided in a sheet thickness direction so as to rotate one turn in the opposite direction to a sheet carrying direction.
