<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-pipe traveling device suitable for traveling in a flexible pipe. SOLUTION: A bellows 31 and slip stopping members 34, 35 are made of rubber or polyvinyl chloride and have flexibility. The inside diameters of the slide stopping members 34, 35 are smaller than the outside diameter of the root part of the bellows 31, and the outside diameters are larger than the inside diameter of a traveling pipe 46 in a normal state. When the slide stopping members 34, 35 are mounted on the bellows 31, they are made flex into truncated cone shapes. Hard slip stopping members 71 having the radii smaller than the minimum radius of the traveling pipe 46 are fixed to the slide stopping members, and a plurality of cutouts 61 or cuts extending in the radial direction are formed on the outer periphery of the slide stopping members. A plurality of small warty protrusions 72 are provided on the front and back surfaces of the slip stopping members. When the bellows 31 is compressed or extended, positive pressure and negative pressure are applied to largely displace the bellows 31, to shorten the time required for displacement and to move it at high speed.</p> |
