PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high nitrile polymer compsn. having controlled discoloring to yellow by molding process and effectively showing impact resistance, and its production method. SOLUTION: This high nitrile polymer compsn. comprises 100 pts.wt. high nitrile polymer contg. not less then 50 wt.% unsaturated nitrile monomer unit and not more than 50 wt.% monomer unit capable of copolymerising with it, and 1-40 pts.wt. conjugated diene synthetic rubber contg. not less than 50 wt.% conjugated diene monomer unit and not more than 50 wt.% monomer unit copolymerizable with it, and further a rubber contg. high nitrile polymer contg. not less than 50 wt.% unsaturated nitrile monomer unit in a total polymer, a phosphite bonded to a phenyl group having not less than two substituents at least to an oxygen atom bonded to a phosphorous atom, and a thioether compd., and contains 0.5-2 pts.wt. phosphite and 0.1-1 pt.wt. thioether to 100 pts.wt. rubber contg. high nitrile polymer.
