PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent lowering of service by avoiding inconvenience to once discontinue business with a ticket vending machine due to shortage of roll paper. SOLUTION: It is a roll paper P feeder devised to discharge a part of roll paper on which processing is applied by cutting it off after applying specified processing by drawing out the roll paper P by specified dimensions from a roll R constituted by winding the lengthy roll paper P around it, and it has a drawing part 3 to independently draw out each of the roll paper P from others in correspondence with a plural number of the rolls R provided in parallel and a control means 7 to control to change over to draw out the roll paper P of the following roll R at the time when the roll paper P of the one roll R is consumed down to a state not to use it.
