PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sheet whose sheet area except a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be used as a memo sheet. SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on one end area of a sheet 11, and the many sheets 11 are laminated to constitute the label sheet 10. A sew line 15 is provided at an inside from an inner edge 12A of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12. The one sheet 11 can be released from next sheet 11, and further can be cut out at the position of the line 15. The adhesive layer is provided on the end of the sheet 11 of the side provided with the adhesive layer. Even when the sheet 11 is opened in a two-page spread state, the sheet is held by the adhesive layer so as not to be separated.
