PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder which can facilitate the taking in and out of a plurality of L-shaped tools, make orderly storage capable of a plurality of the L-shaped tools further do with a small number of necessary part items and can be constituted compact. SOLUTION: A plurality of hole parts 41 to 49 fitting with a play rotatably a lengthwise long shaft part of an L-shaped tool 100 are provided to be laterally arranged in base members 1, 2. A slope 5 is provided respectively in a tool insertion/extraction port of the hole parts 41 to 49. A support part 51 is provided in the slope 5. The base members 1, 2 can be relatively moved relating to a supporter 3 between a first position clamping a cross directional shaft part 120 of the L-shaped tool 100 in cooperation with the supporter 3 held in a laid down attitude along the base members 1, 2 and a second position taking refuge from the first position.
