摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the joint part structure so that the fluid contacts with the only inner layer tube and that a contact of the fluid with an overlapped clearance of the inner layer tube and the outer layer tube is prevented by inserting an inner layer tube extension part into an installation hole of a joint fitting so as to pass through it, and forming a seal surface part obtained by bending the passing end of the inner layer tube extension part of the only inner layer tube. SOLUTION: An inner layer tube extension part is inserted into an installation hole 16 of a joint fitting 14 so as to pass through it, and a seal part 19 is provided with a seal surface 19a formed by bending the passing end of the inner layer tube extension part, and the seal surface part 19a is formed of the only inner layer tube 20. Since the only inner layer tube 20 contacts with a seal receiver surface of the joint fitting 14, and an end of an outer layer tube 22 is terminated in the installation hole 16 of the joint fitting 14, for example, the outer layer tube 22 is always coated by the inner layer tube 20 at the seal receiver surface part of the joint fitting 14. Consequently, the fluid does not come into contact with the outer layer tube 22. A seal part of the metal flexible tube 12 is formed of the only inner layer tube 20 without generating a clearance between the inner and the outer layer tubes so as to improve the corrosion resistance of the joint part.</p>
