PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a combine harvester to simplify its inner driving mechanism and to simultaneously improve a work environment for an operator by largely reducing dusts entering in the operating seat in the cabin of the combine harvester. SOLUTION: Ventilation passages P, Q and ventilation means (spokes 29d, 29f are formed in axial flow blade wheel shapes, respectively, to ventilate) are disposed on the inner circumference side of the threshing cylinder 29 of a thresher 15. An air flow-straightening means comprising a ventilation guide 15a, the first air flow-straightening plate 15b and the second air flow- straightening plate 15c is disposed in a threshing device 15 behind the threshing chamber 26. Thereby, by the rotation of the threshing cylinder 29, the ventilation means 29d, 29f can suck dusts generated in a reaping device 6 and a carrying and feeding device 7 to ventilate the threshing cylinder 26 in the axial direction. The ventilation air can further be combined with air blown from a winnower 39 and then released out from the combine harvester 1 without a cross flow fan or a multi-blade fan.
