PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible ferrule for absorbing a shake to the ferrule. SOLUTION: This ferrule is so constituted that a fixed frame 41 laid a resin sheet on a bottom part thereof is provided on an upper part of a saddle 4 for attaching the ferrule on a distributing water pipe, a cover frame 5 is screwed with the fixed frame from above, and a resin sheet is laid on an inner surface thereof, and a swinging mechanism 3 composed on a base part of a lower end of a ferrule main body is slidably held between the cover frame 5 and the fixed frame 41.
