PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the outer frame structure of a housing building capable of improving the outward appearance of the road side of an outer frame looked from outward, giving bright impression to the housing building, enjoying green or coloring under sun in the inside of the outer frame and securing privacy therein inexpensively. SOLUTION: An outer frame 2 surrounding the circumference of a housing building from outward is provided. The side of the road of the outer frame 2 is provided with a fence-like matter 22 blinding the housing building from outward, and a fence 23 looking through the housing building through a gap 23a from outward. The fence-like matter 22 and the fence 23 are alternately provided so as to be mutually adjacent on the road side of the outer frame 2. A planting space for an intermediate low tree 24 in which sunlight comes through the gap 23a of the fence 23 is provided on the inside of the fence 23. Blinding can be non-transparently performed through the gap 23a of the fence 23 while green or coloring is enjoyed under sunlight in the inside of the fence 23 by a middle tree 25 and a low tree 26 planted in the planting space 24 for the intermediate low tree of the inside of the fence 24.
