PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high place installation type cooker, easy in handling, and the mounting method of the same. SOLUTION: Slots 71a, (72b) are bored on the rear surface of a casing for a microwave oven 1, angle members 82 for supporting the casing by engaging with the slots on the rear surface of the casing are provided so as to be overhanged on both sides of a mounting plate fixed to a wall, a hooking means 81 for supporting the bottom panel of the casing is provided on the lower rim of the mounting plate and a slanted part 82a as well as a horizontal part, continuous to the slanted part 82a, are formed on the upper rim of the angle members 82 as a guide for guiding the casing obliquely upward through the slots 71a, (72b) upon attaching the upper rim to the mounting plate of the casing.
