PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new taping device in which a packaging of electronic parts with a tape can be carried out in good and stable manner. SOLUTION: Chip components P can be inserted in sequence into recessed in a carrier tape by pushing out the chip components P through a component discharging port of a component insertion machine 100 at a timing when the carrier tape moving intermittently is stopped at every space of the recesses. Since the chip components are directly inserted into the recesses in the carrier tape from the component insertion machine 100, it is possible to eliminate disadvantages caused from use of a turn-table as in the prior art and a good and stable taping can be carried out.
