PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten practicing time for a synthetic protocol contg. a formation reaction performed under temp. controlling. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, when liq. dispensing is started by means of a liq. dispensing part 3, a temp. adjusting part 27 simultaneously starts an action for elevating temp. of a reaction block 1 up to a preliminary elevated temp. and when the temp. of the reaction block 1 reaches the preliminary elevated temp., the temp. of the reaction block 1 is kept at the preliminary elevated temp. until the liq. dispensing process is finished. When the liq. dispensing process is finished, the temp. adjusting part 27 elevates the temp. of the reaction block 1 up to a target temp. held in a target temp. holding part 26 and keeps it and a formation reaction under a condition where the reaction block 1 is elevated to the target temp. is performed and when the formation reaction is finished, the temp. adjusting part 27 stops to transmit a driving signal to an electric heater HT and a cooling control part 28 transmits a driving signal to a forcible cooling part CU so as to perform forced cooling for the reaction block 1 and lowers the temp. while the reaction block 1 is forcibly cooled.
