PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stopper member and an outer cylindrical member from being deformed due to pressing force applied to the caulking part of the outer cylindrical member when the stopper member is to be caulked and fixed to the outer cylindrical member. SOLUTION: When a stopper fitting 40 is to be fixed to the upper end of an outer cylindrical fitting 20, the resting of the flange part 42 of the stopper fitting 40 onto the resting part 22 of the outer cylindrical fitting 20 thereby allows the support reinforcing part 21 of the outer cylindrical fitting 20 to abut against the inner circumferential surface at the opening end part of the stopper fitting 40. This constitution thereby allows the movement of the stopper fitting 40 to a place close to the opening end and the upper circumferential side of the flange part 42 to be checked by the support reinforcing part 21 of the outer cylindrical fitting 20 when pressing force is applied to the caulking part 25 of the outer cylindrical fitting 20 so as to allow the caulking part to be plastically deformed to the inner circumferential side in such a way as to let the flange part 42 be held. |
