PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the neck part and the leg part rise up and fall down while a shape fitted to a physical condition where a human body lies on its side is held and to decrease the number of parts by making a motor single. SOLUTION: A front top face part 2a and a back top face part 2b constituting a bed top face part are respectively formed of a central horizontal bottom face part 3, a front upward inclined slope part 4 or a back upward inclined slope part 5 respectively successively arranged at the front or the back of the central horizontal bottom face part 3 and a front horizontal part 6 successively connected with the front upward inclined slope part 4 or a back horizontal part 7 successively connected with the back upward inclined slope part 5. In a case when it is motor-driven, a mechanism linking for raising up and laying down of the front top face part and the back top face part is provided.
