MOLD FOR VULCANIZATION MOLDING OF RUBBER PRODUCT, ITS PRODUCTION, AND PRODUCTION OF RUBBER PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for vulcanization molding of a tire and a method for producing it wherein a space for storing an inner mold being not used is saved and manufacturing cost for the inner mold corresponding to size is reduced and manufacturing process is shortened. SOLUTION: This mold for vulcanization molding has an outer mold and an inner mold 2 with an outer face 1 for molding and a part or the whole of the inner mold 2 is constituted of a single metal or an alloy material with a low m.p. (however, under a condition where the m.p. is higher than the vulcanization temp.). In addition, in a method for producing this mold, when a rubber raw material with a different size is newly vulcanization-molded, it is possible to remold an inner mold corresponding to the size by melting a part constituted of the low m.p. material of the inner mold 2 which has become unnecessary in a high temp. tank and casting this in a mold.
