PURPOSE: An opening/shuting bottle cap with 180 degrees declined angle is provided to remove difficulties of turning the cap of the bottle more than 360 degrees on opening, losing the cap and pulling back the users head on drinking. CONSTITUTION: An opening/shuting bottle cap with 180 degrees declined angle has following structure. A cap is divided into two portions of upper portion(10) and lower portion(11). Each portion has a passage(12,13) where the contents of the bottle pass toward other direction to the direction of the passage of the other portion. Turning the upper portion(10) 180 degrees, the passages(12,13) are connected and the contents of the bottle can come outward. Further, if the connecting portion of the upper and the lower portions(10,11) is declined some degree, the upper portion(10) is declined when turned 180 degrees. Therefore, the declined upper portion(10) maintains a comfortable angle of drinking the contents of the bottle.
