PURPOSE: A device for controlling power and converting call sounds automatically in a wireless mobile terminal is provided to equip the device generating a switching control electric wave, automatically to switch a call sound mode of the terminal within a threshold area into a vibration mode from a bell mode, and automatically to turn off the power of the terminal within there. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling power and converting call sounds automatically in a wirelessly mobile terminal comprises a receive antenna(122), amplifiers, an output level control block(124), and a transmit antenna(126). The receive antenna(122) receives an electric wave signal transmitted from a neighboring base station. The amplifiers amplify the received signal into a specific level with regular amplitude, to generate a control electric wave for switching a call sound mode. The output level control block(124) control that the amplifiers amplify the received signal into the regular amplitude. The transmit antenna(126) transmits the control electric wave from the amplifiers. Each terminal switches a bell mode into a vibration mode forcedly, until the control electric wave from the transmitting antenna is received.
