PURPOSE: When a user loads data files down from the internet communication, it takes much time and money to download. And after finishing the downloading, the files occupy the storage space. So the space decreases as the data files from the internet are downloaded. By recording the data files into a CD without the downloading and distributing the CD, the user can reduce a cost for downloading and the storage space. CONSTITUTION: A program that can send an internet address of data files in the web site to an operator's server is set up into a user's PC. When the user clicks an anchor linked to the internet address having the data files which the user wants to download during the internet surfing, an event happens, and the program is executed by the event. If the user request the CD recording, the internet address of the data files is transmitted to the operator's server. Because the server manages the internet addresses got from the users by each user, when a request from the user occurs, the server loads down the requested data files from the corresponding internet address, records them into the CD and send it to the user.
