PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing non-woven fabric of natural fiber which has excellent antistatic property. Thereby, it is possible to produce non-woven fabric of natural fiber which has excellent antistatic property. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing a viscose rayon non-woven fabric is comprised of following the steps of: (T)mixing material of natural fiber non-woven fabric: (S1)blending antistatic agent: (S2)dipping the material of natural fiber to the antistatic agent compound: (S3)drying the non-woven fabric at 150-180°C for 1-10min. on a cylinder which radiates heat: and then (S4)ironing the non-woven fabric at temperature of 110-150°C The antistatic agent is comprised of 5wt.% of antistatic agent, 20wt.% of thermosetting soluble polymer resin and 75wt.% of water. The antistatic agent is selected at least one from the group consisting of stearyl-dimethyl-benzylammonium chloride, bis(acryloxyethyl)hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methosulfate and cethyl-trimethyl-ammonium chloride. The thermosetting soluble polymer resin is selected at least one from the group consisting of acryl type resin, acetic acid vinyl type resin, styrene type resin and synthetic rubber latex.
