PURPOSE: A cellular phone language receiver is provided to simultaneously receive an audio and texts through an earphone and a liquid monitor respectively, as a radio receiving system is built-in the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A language receiver using a cellular phone, includes an audio receiver to receive audios and texts, has channels to select and switch device to select a radio, and to receive audio and texts at the same time, through an earphone and a liquid monitor respectively.
