摘要 PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate for a liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to lower the resistance of wirings. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes an insulation substrate(10), a gate wiring(20), a gate insulation layer(30), a semiconductor layer(40), a pixel electrode, an auxiliary gate pad(24), a data pad(63), a data line(70), a source electrode(73), a drain electrode(74), and a protection layer. The gate wiring(20) is formed on the insulation substrate. The gate insulation layer(30) covers the gate wiring except for the gate pad. The semiconductor layer(40) is formed on the gate insulation layer. The pixel electrode is formed on the semiconductor layer. The auxiliary gate pad(24) covers the gate pad and is formed with a material same to that of the pixel electrode. The data pad(63) is formed with a material same to that of the pixel electrode. The data line(70) crosses the gate wiring. The source electrode(73) is coupled with the data line. The drain electrode(74) faces the source electrode. The protection layer covers the data line, source electrode and the drain electrode.
