PURPOSE: A portable digital media player is provided to give a power needed for driving of the player, and to supply additional functions, by accessing with an external apparatus including a cellular phone and a computer, by use of an access connector. CONSTITUTION: A portable digital media player(200) comprises a MCU, a digital media, programs, a memory, a voice CODEC and decoder, a data transmitter/receiver, a control key pad, a head phone, an interface, and a function shift circuit, excepting a battery power, and receives power needed to drive by connecting with external apparatus including a cellular phone(211) and computer(221). Further the player(200) has access connector for combining 6 audio jacks. The access connector is composed of 2 jacks for supplying power, a single speaker phone, 2 jacks of micro phone, and 2 jacks for communication. The 2 jacks for supplying power access with an external apparatus and the player(200).
