PURPOSE: A caricature production system and a caricature production method using the same are provided to covert a scanned photograph into figures and then produce particular parts of the figures such as a nose, an eye and chin, etc. into caricature. CONSTITUTION: A caricature production method using the caricature production system comprises steps of: scanning a photograph; separating the colors of the scanned data; classifying the separated colors by respective color tone; re-classifying the classified color data into black 100%, black 50% and black 0% and defining values between black 100%, black 50% and black 0% into their value; correcting the defined data; and separating boundary between the corrected color tones with lines.
