COMPUTER GAME APPARATUS USING PIANO KEYBOARD

PURPOSE: A computer game apparatus using a piano keyboard is provided to allow a user to enjoy the game for a musical learn according to a sound signal, by connecting the piano keyboard to a keyboard port of a computer in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A piano keyboard(14) inputs the sound signal corresponding to a keyboard of a piano to a computer body(10). A sound card(22) is connected to a character keyboard(12) and the piano keyboard(14), and outputs the sound signals corresponding to the character keyboard(12) and the piano keyboard(14) to a speaker(SP). A game storage part(23) stores various game programs including a piano game program. A game selection part(24) selects the piano game program in the game storage part(23). A game execution part(25) executes the selected piano game program by dividing it into an image signal and a sound signal. An image signal processor(26) converts the image signal of the part(25) to a signal for a monitor(11). A sound signal processor(27) converts the sound signal thereof to a signal for the speaker(SP). A memory(29) stores data necessary for the piano game and makes a transmission of the stored data.
