PURPOSE: A novel quinolone carboxylic acid derivative substituted with (3-amino-4-alkyloxime)piperidine is provided for having an excellent antibacterial activity and a broad antibacterial spectrum. CONSTITUTION: A novel quinolone carboxylic acid derivative substituted with (3-amino-4-alkyloxime)piperidine at position 7 represented by formula(1), pharmaceutically accepted salt thereof and ester, solvate and isomer thereof are provided, wherein R1 is C1-C5 alkyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl or dihaloalkyl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-C5 alkyl or amino; Q is C-H, C-F, C-Cl, C-CH3 or N; and R3 is C1-C5 alkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, C1-C5 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, C3-C6 alkynyl, C1-C5 haloalkyl or substituted or unsubstituted phenyl or benzyl.
