RADIO FREQUENCY CARD FOR PAYMENT WITH PRIORITY AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING ORDER OF ACCESS OF THE RADIO FREQUENCY CARD

PURPOSE: A radio frequency card for payment with a priority and a method for determining an order of access of the radio frequency(RF) card are provided to enable a simple payment of a fee by the RF card, and prevent the fee from being payed by several RF cards, by recognizing only one RF card with a separate code for a main payment when the RF cards are close to a card terminal simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A RF card having the separate code for the main payment is issued to an applicant who has requested a priority order of the payment. The RF card that is close to a card writing/reading part is detected, and thereby only the RF card for a priority payment which has been issued is recognized. A corresponding fee is payed from the recognized RF card for the priority payment. The priority order for the payment can be set by each company that issues the RF card. If a plurality of RF cards that include a get-on flag are close to the card writing/reading part, only one payment card is recognized in response to the set priority order.
