PURPOSE: A hair curling device which can help to keep hair healthy and be very convenient to bring with is provided as it gives far-infrared ray and heat to hair, while brushing and drying, and is rechargeable by adopting alternating current(AC) as well as direct current(DC). CONSTITUTION: A hair curling device for drying or styling hair is comprised of a brush area having a heater member, a hand grip area installed with a power circuit having a switching part supplying AC power to the heater, and characteristically further including the followings: a lamp type heater member(1) which generates and emits far-infrared ray of 8-12 micrometer wave length and heat energy for stimulating blood circulation and metabolism inside scalp; an upper and lower case(3, 4), forming a handgrip area(5), containing a socket(12) to connect with the lamp type heater, a power circuit(10) having a DC converting circuit(9) connected with an AC cable outside, and a switching part(11) which controls power; a safety net(13) which protects the lamp type heater member(1) by connected with the edge of a part of socket in the handgrip area(5); a space(21) where the lamp type heater member(1) is being inserted, outside the safety net(13); a plurality of emission vents(2c) which emits heat and far-infrared ray generated from the lamp type heater member(1), and; between the emission vents brush dents(6) are arranged at an interval.
