PURPOSE: A method for installing and displaying a MP3 for a language study is provided to allow a user to select a character and audio broadcasts on an internet to study a language in addition to playing a music, by compressing character and audio data to be a data packet and then transmitting, storing and reproducing the data packet. CONSTITUTION: A web server compresses the character and audio data to be a single data packet prior to transmission of the data packet. A memory stores the data packet from the web server. A web site displays the character and audio data by their grades, and outputs the character and audio data with a certain grade to a monitor and a speaker in response to a user's selection. The web site has a function for repeating the process of the character and audio data according to the user's selection. An encryption part prepares an encrypted designation for notifying a start part and an end part of character and audio data packets. The web site can be downloaded by a user's computer and a MP3 player according to a user's selection.
