PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for displaying maturing information of a kimchi refrigerator are provided to inform a user of a maturing process such as remaining maturing time period and current maturing degree in a selected maturing mode. CONSTITUTION: A method for displaying maturing information of a kimchi refrigerator includes the steps of performing a maturing mode and counting the processing time of the maturing mode if a whole mode of the kimchi refrigerator is converted to a certain maturing mode among a plurality of maturing mode(305), sensing an internal temperature of the kimchi refrigerator, and extracting maturing information from a memory element corresponding to the counted processing time period and the sensed internal temperature(311).
