PURPOSE: An optical high voltage-measuring apparatus is provided to easily measure a voltage of a high voltage conductor optically by using an auxiliary electrode, an interferometer, and an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: A photoemission unit(1) emits light to a high voltage conductor. A detector(3) outputs the emitted light in a light-interfering manner in correspondence with the voltage of the conductor. A photoelectric transducer(8) converts the interfered light signal to an electric signal. A production unit(7) produces a voltage of the conductor based on the converted electric signal. A reference signal generating unit may be further included to generate a pure interference optical signal. The detector(3) may be a measuring interferometer(4).
