PURPOSE: A working car is provided to make easy the inspection and the repair of a bridge without controlling traffic on a bridge while moving on a bridge by being supported to the lower part of an upper plate of a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A rotary boom(20) faces to another rotary boom when inspection and repair are needed. The two rotary booms are combined firmly by using a connecting device(26) installed on the end of the rotary boom. When working between piers of a bridge, a worker uses entrance ladders(17a,17b) on an upper plate(25) of the bridge. Inspection and repair are performed on a working stand(28), a table(14) and the rotary booms. The operation of the working stand is contracted up and down by using a hydraulic cylinder. After finishing a work in one block, a worker moves to a following block. When moving to the following block, the working stand is contracted and the connecting device is separated. Power formed on a vertical structure(18) is operated to rotate the rotary boom 90 angular degrees. The rotary boom is placed in the same direction as one of a rail(12).
