PURPOSE: A real time custom-made trip planning and reservation program is a business model for trip service and proposed to provide the optimistic journey and alternatives to customers if a customer inputs the starting place, period, destination, etc on the web site of supporting this service. If the customer chooses the provided contents, the reservation is confirmed and the cost is paid. CONSTITUTION: A customer connects to a web site providing a real time custom-made trip planning and reservation program and inputs conditions about travel such as starting place, destination, period, target of the trip, transportation, lodging, etc. A database in the program stores information about the companies of rent car, airplane, train, hotel, resort and so on, is linked to the companies' computer using network, and provides information and the present situation of the conditions to the customer. After the customer selects what suits the user's taste and signs using electronic method, the reservation is completed.
