PURPOSE: A method for auctioning in the internet assigning a participating qualification condition, is provided to raise auctioning credibility and a realizing ratio of transaction, with objects of direct transaction selling/buying under fixed limit given by subjects. CONSTITUTION: A method for auctioning in the internet assigning a participating qualification condition, comprises the steps of: being inputted a buyer qualifying condition, which puts fixed limit given from a seller to an user requesting auction; storing a list of goods by goods for registered goods in a database; retrieving goods, by being inputted a seller qualifying condition from the user; being output the goods suitable for the retrieving condition to an user terminal from a database; for the user, and participating to bid for the output goods.
