PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a DchUUI information transmission system which does not depend on Bch communication by making a TA connected to a receiving side ISDN perform arrival data incoming recognition and to notify a personal computer to which the TA is connected, when DchUUI information of an ISDN is received in the communication use state of the Bch of the ISDN. SOLUTION: A transmitter 200 can transmit maximum 128 octet data to a receiver 300 by superimposing UU1 to call setting, etc., of a layer 3 on a LAP-D protocol of a layer 2 by Dch of an ISDN as communication control information and transmitting it to the receiver 300, when it transmits and is disconnected in the Dch of the ISDN which has an inter-user information notification service function. TA 320 of the receiver 300 recognizes an identifier in an area, such as a header part in a user information area in a call setting message configuration of the UU1 transmitted from the transmitter 200 and shows information on the display of the receiver 300.
