PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain safe communication with an opposite party via the Internet by connecting a register terminal to a server by means of a callback, in response to the connection request given from a terminal that is decided as an allowable requester by the server. SOLUTION: A server 101b, which received directly a connection request from a server 101a, checks an authentication level out of an allowable requester user list table of a server authentication information management part 201b based on the ID of an opposite party and sends an authentication information request to the server 101a. Upon the receipt of this request, a requester terminal 102a sends authentication information to the server 101a. The server 101a receives the authentication information and sends it to the server 101b. The server 101b receives the authentication information and an authentication deciding part 202b decides the agreement of authentication information. Thus, if the coincidence exists the server 101b calls a register terminal 102b. The terminal 102b calls back the server 101b and performs dial-up connection between the server 101b and the terminal 102b. |
