PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To download a web page which relates to specific contents. SOLUTION: A CPU 20 downloads a web page by executing a browser program 30 and displays the page at a display part 22, executes a look-ahead process in the background, detects whether a keyword is included or not about the other web page of the link destination set in the web page downloaded according to the assigned keyword (retrieval information) which is for detecting the web page of the specific contents, displays the detected result while adding it to the information which indicates the link of the other web page inside the web page to execute the look-ahead processing. Thus, it becomes possible to previously know whether the other linked web page information which is set in the web page information is related to the keyword or not.
