METHOD FOR PROVIDING SERVICE, SERVICE PROVIDER REALIZING THE METHOD AND UNIVERSAL PERSONAL COMMUNICATION NETWORK CONTAINING SERVICE PROVIDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service to the user of a subscriber in a universal personal communication network by setting service to be virtual visit environment(VVE) which is similar to virtual home environment(VHE) but is identified by the user(U) and providing service provider. SOLUTION: A user has a home service provider associated with three sub- networks SUB-F1-H, SUB-M1-H and SUB-M2-H covering three areas. When the user U requires information during a trip, he gives an access request R through a self-mobile telephone set T and the peripheral network SUB-M2-H. The access request is inputted through the access sub-network SUB-M2-H having a relation with a visit service provider at the place and the home service provider SP-H generates a notice with a contract between the home service provider SP-H and the visit service provider SP-V. The notice is supplied through the access sub-network SUB-M2-H. Supplied service is VVE identified by the user U and the visit service provider SP-V.
