CHIP TYPE INDUCTOR ARRAY AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to reduce crosstalk due to magnetic coupling and static coupling between terminal electrodes, and provide a small chip type inductor array of narrow pitch. SOLUTION: In this inductor array, at least one notched part 22 is formed on facing surfaces of an insulating substrate 21 involving a plurality of inner conductors which are at least two elements. Terminal electrodes 23 electrically connected with the inner conductors are formed on protruding parts of the insulating substrate 21 which parts are isolated by the notched part 22. Plating electrodes 24, 25 are formed on the surface of the terminal electrodes 23.
