PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense the distortional deformations of boards and the inserting faultinesses of lead terminals, by attaching second elevating means to a first elevating means to stand a plurality of board receiving shafts on the second elevating means in upward directions. SOLUTION: After attaching an air-cylinder 21b to the inside of a base pedestal 21a, a piston-rod 21c is provided in the air-cylinder 21b in an up/down slidable way to form an elevating means 21 by attaching to the upper portion of the piston-rod 21c a nearly I-shaped base plate 21d. After attaching respectively in downward directions air-cylinders 23a to a plurality of predetermined places of the base plate 21d of the elevating means 21, piston-rods 23b are provided in the air-cylinders 23a in an up/down slidable way to form an elevating means 23 by attaching a base plate 23c to the lower portions of the piston-rods 23b. Then, a plurality of board receiving shafts 24 are stood in upward directions in the upper portion of the base plate 23c of the elevating means 23. |
