SOLUTION: This station service can provide a train ticket needed by a user while reducing the burden on the user from a monitoring place 50 while utilizing a camera 46 installed in the station and microphone 106 and a speaker 105 provided in an automatic ticket vending machine 43 when a weak-sighted person tries to purchase a train ticket or the like from the machine 43 in an unmanned station 40n-m.</p> |
