Seat belt fitting to floor pan of car has protective skirt extending from bottom of screwed section of nut and encircling lower part of screw

Seat belt (14) is attached to floor pan (10) of car with screw-nut assembly. Barrel (26) goes through seat belt, sheet steel (10, 12) and is screwed in nut (22). Screwed section of nut is extended by protective skirt (40). When screw is in place, protective skirt encircles lower part of screw. Skirt is closed at bottom (42) and has drain (44) for liquid kept in nut.
