PURPOSE: This method is provided a roof material and an interior and exterior material, which is coated on an insulating form and is manufactured. CONSTITUTION: An adiabatic-waterproofed roof material and interior and exterior material are composed of insulating foam, rim coating as waterproofing and a coating material for preventing from turning into yellow. An insulating form is manufactured by polyurethane or polystyrene and choosing from the group composed with polyurethane, polyurethane urea, poly urea and poly acryl diversifies the rim coating and a lusterless or a luster top coating is applied. A manufacture and construction method of an adiabatic-waterproofed roof material and an interior and exterior material uses instead of an existing slate, a tiled roof and a sandwich panel or repairs and thereby lightening and retrenching the expenses on air-conditioning and heating and being semi-permanent by outstanding proof against climate and reducing the expenses on construction by placing right above without removing existing roof material. Also with the unrestrained designing on the shape and color, widens the customer's choice and uses an interior and exterior material of a building.
