PURPOSE: A rear suspension device for a vehicle is provided to reduce a load from a body, to improve the compliance steer and cornering transient response, and to increase the lateral stiffness and the efficiency of shock absorber. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension device for a vehicle comprises: a sub-frame (2) to be arranged toward the breadth of a vehicle and to be supported by three points in the lower part; a trailing arm (16) to equip with a wheel carrier (24), which supports a wheel (22) to be rotatable, and to be connected with carrier parts (18,20) to go up and down in both later parts of the sub-frame; a stabilizer (26) to be fixed in the trailing arm by a fixing device, where a middle part of the stabilizer is fixed in the sub-frame; a coil spring (32) to be arranged between the trailing arm and a body; a shock absorber (34) to be arranged between the trailing arm and the body.
