PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the current capacity of an overvoltage input protective element and, in addition, to make an appropriate circuit arrangement possible. SOLUTION: One terminal of an overvoltage input protective element 4 is connected to the input-side input line 5a of a line filter 2 and the other terminal of the element 4 is connected to the output-side input line 5b of the filter 2. Then the element 4 is connected in series with the input terminal of the filter 2 through one inductance 2b in the filter 2.
