PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of components necessary for moving of a rotational driving shaft and to make the installation space smaller in an image forming device where a selected developing device is driven by one of the multiple developing devices appropriately selected and shifted to a developing position by the rotation of the rotational driving shaft transmitted by the rotational driving shaft shifted in the direction of the shaft connected to the developing device. SOLUTION: In this developing device, one of the multiple developing devices is appropriately selected, based on a control signal and is shifted to the developing position. The rotational driving shaft 81 from which electro-magnetic effect is imparted to an electro-magnetic effect receiving part 81a by having a solenoid 82 of an electro-magnetic driving means 73 connected and the rotational driving shaft 81 that is provided in a specified position within the image forming device main body are made to move in the direction of the shaft. Then, a coupling member 86 on the rotational driving shaft side is connected to a coupling member 91 on the developing device side shifted to the developing position, driving the developing device by the rotation of the rotational driving shaft 81 transmitted and the electrostatic latent image formed on the image carrier is developed. |
