<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a circuit configuration by converting an N-channel part in 1st digital data to be inputted with the same number of bits at a clock rate K for plural channels into an M channel part at a clock rate L, multiplexing it into a single piece of serial data to transmit it and defining L, K, N and M as specified relationship. SOLUTION: This data-transmitting device comprising processing blocks 10 to 13 and selectors 15 to 17, etc., inputs plural video inputs of a clock rate K with the number of bits 10 to video input terminals 1 to 3 and 5 to 6. The data transmitting device extracts an N-channel part among them, converts it into an M channel part at a clock rate L with the number of bits 10, multiplexes it and puts it together into one piece of serial data and outputs it from a video output terminal 19. In this case, the relationship between L and K is set as L:K=N:M (M>N), and, for instance, 13.5 MHz video input channel 4 is set as 18.0 MHz video input channel 3. Thus, it is possible to miniaturize a circuit configuration and to reduce cost.</p> |
