PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple/quick method for qualitative measurement and quantification for a chemical material, especially for environmental (load) material, with combination of antigen-antibody reaction, dissociation of composite body, and analyzing equipments. SOLUTION: With a material for qualitative measurement and/or quantification as an antigen, a fixed monoclonal or polyclonal antibody is allowed for antigen-antibody reaction to form a composite body of that material and the antibody, the composite body is separated, then an organic solvent, surfactant and/or acid is used for dissociation and extraction, and the extracted material is measured for quality and/or quantity, which processes are performed in batch.
